• Take on a 70/30 hands-on vs. leadership split
  —coding, architecting, and mentoring.
• Lead a small, talented team of developers in an agile, product-focused environment (scrum).
• Work across a modern full-stack environment

• 🌳 HANDS ON Software Engineering Manage of a team between 2–10 engineers, running 1:1s and supporting growth
• 🌳 Influence architecture, design patterns, and tech decisions across the platform
• 🌳 Partner with product managers to shape priorities and delivery outcomes
• 🌳 Guide teams in designing, building, testing, and shipping new features
• 🌳 Play a key role in hiring the next generation of engineering talent
• 🌳 Foster a culture of learning, collaboration, and engineering excellence
• 🌳 Remain technically hands-on, especially while teams scale

• Up to £80,000 depending on experience
• 33 days holiday, rising to 40
