What you will be working onThe Retirement Decumulation Systems Department (RDD) plays a pivotal role in applications development to help us achieve our organizational goals. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to work closely with this dynamic team and contribute to our efforts in developing applications that helps our business users in their course of work.
In this role, you will:
- Have hands on experience in building applications that address real‑world challenges for CPF members.
- Exploration in automating processes to speed up development and testing lifecycle.
- Explore the use of Generative AI (GenAI) to automate tasks, enhance processes, and innovate within an enterprise setting.
- Work across disciplines with analysts, developers, and testers.
- Gain exposure to enterprise‑level development practices and tools while solving impactful problems.
We value the diverse skills and perspectives that each intern brings. While you may not need to meet every requirement fully, having some familiarity or budding expertise in the following areas will help you make the most of this opportunity and succeed with our team.
- Currently pursuing a Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field.
- Development experience, preferably in Java, Spring Batch, Python, UiPath, VB Macro.
- Basic understanding or interest in GenAI usage and prompt engineering.
- Interested in developing problem‑solving skills and a logical approach to troubleshooting technical issues.
- Communicates clearly, both in speaking and writing.
- Works well independently and with others, takes initiative without needing constant supervision.
Position is on a full‑time internship basis from May 2026 to December 2026.
