Senior Software Engineer / Senior Backend Developer Needed for Growing Series A Startup!

Salary: $180,000 – $250,000 per year

As a Senior Back End Developer / Senior Backend Engineer on our team, we are looking for:

• 5 years building production systems at high-velocity startups, from early stage through scaling
• Track record of shipping and owning data-intensive products end-to-end
• Experience integrating AI into product workflows-using LLMs, building with agentic frameworks, or deploying AI-powered features
• Bias toward action and pragmatic decision-making over perfect solutions
• Comfortable context-switching between architecture decisions, implementation, and cross-functional collaboration
• Proficiency with modern backend development (Python/Type Script) and cloud infrastructure (AWS)
• College degree, preferably in computer science
