A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring a TAL/C++ Developer
. Position Type:

Skills & Experience:
- Proficiency in TAL (Transaction Application Language) and C++.
- Experience with HP Non Stop Systems.
- Knowledge of Guardian OS, Pathway, and Enscribe/SQL databases.
- Familiarity with financial transaction protocols (e.g., ISO 8583).
- Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills.
- Develop, maintain, and optimize applications on Tandem systems using TAL and C++.
- Ensure high availability and fault tolerance in transaction processing systems.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Perform code reviews, debugging, and performance tuning.
- Maintain documentation for system architecture and codebase.

Pay Range and Benefits:Pay Range*: $70 – $80 per hour
* Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
