Remote VP of Architecture

In this pivotal role, you will create and lead an Engineering Leadership Team focused on AI-powered productivity and architectural excellence. Your mission will be to address critical engineering challenges while enhancing productivity through the integration of advanced AI tools.

You will collaborate closely with various leaders to define best practices and drive significant improvements in quality and operational efficiency, ensuring a seamless development experience. • Lead the new Engineering, Architecture and Transformation pillar as part of the ELT.
• Drive the definition and improvement of engineering best practices across teams.
• Champion the internal use of Git Lab's tools and unblock teams for faster delivery.
• Define and guide the transition to next-generation, AI-optimized architecture.
• Establish and lead the Architecture, Quality and Engineering Excellence team.
