In this role, you will design and deliver innovative cloud-based contact center applications utilizing AWS and Amazon Connect. You will play a crucial role in developing scalable solutions while collaborating with teams across the globe, ensuring that our contact center applications meet the highest standards of performance and technology. Your expertise will directly impact the efficiency and effectiveness of client communication.

• Architect and implement Amazon Connect solutions for call center operations.
• Develop IVR workflows, custom integrations, and serverless backends using AWS Lambda.
• Collaborate with global teams to build, test, and deploy production-ready contact center applications.
• Leverage AWS native services for scalability, security, and performance optimization.
• Lead technical discussions, provide code reviews, and ensure best practices across development cycles.

• 8+ years of total IT experience with a strong development background.
• 3+ years of experience working on Amazon Connect implementations.
• Expertise in AWS Cloud ecosystem (Lambda, Lex, Dynamo
  
  DB, S3, Cloud Watch, API Gateway).
• Strong understanding of telephony concepts, call routing, and SIP protocols.
• Experience integrating contact center systems with CRM or ERP solutions.
