• Hire, mentor, and coach a multidisciplinary engineering squad to foster a high-trust culture

• Minimum of 2 years of experience leading engineering teams and 7 years in software development
• Proficiency in JVM/Scala or React development
• Experience with microservices, distributed systems, and robust API design for enterprise use
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and deliver Minimum Viable Products (MVPs)
• Proven track record of developing junior engineers into senior roles

• Experience in a high-stakes B2B environment
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies
• Strong understanding of travel technology and fintech solutions
• Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
• Passion for coaching and team development
