We’re hiring a Principal Product Manager (AI & Process Optimization) to lead technology‑driven process transformation initiatives. This role collaborates with business stakeholders, agile development teams, and AI‑focused external partners to drive efficiency through AI and automation. The ideal candidate brings hands‑on workflow optimization experience, strong cross‑functional leadership, vendor management expertise, and a proven ability to deliver measurable business impact in agile environments.
WhatWe're Looking For
- 10+ years of professional experience in business process optimization, product management, or technology enablement.
- Advanced English is required.
- Successful completion of a four-year college degree is required.
- Proven track record in process improvement, automation, and AI‑driven workflow optimization.
- Hands‑on experience with process frameworks (Lean, Six Sigma, or similar) and Agile delivery.
- Comfortable with frequent context‑switching and managing multiple work streams simultaneously in dynamic environments.
- Skilled at collaborating with cross‑functional teams and driving technology adoption.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and stakeholder communication skills.
- Experience defining KPIs and measuring the impact of process improvements.
- Certifications in process improvement or product management are a plus.
- Industry experience in healthcare, finance, or professional services is preferred.
- Ability to work through new and difficult issues and contribute to libraries as needed.
- Ability to create and maintain continuous integration and delivery of applications.
- Forensic attention to detail.
- A positive mindset and a can‑do attitude.
- Experience working on Agile / Scrum teams.
- Meaningful experience working on large, complex systems.
