Software Engineer, Full Stack Developer
POSITION OVERVIEW
Leads the design, development and implementation of large scale and complex projects, ensures best practices in architecture, performance and security. Codes, tests and deploys software in all layers of the development life cycle. Provides the necessary documentation. Works with databases, APIs, servers, networks and various programming languages. Mentors team members and driving technical decisions. Works cross functionally with product and business stakeholders.
ESSENTIALJOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
- Bachelor's Degree/equivalent in computer science, engineering, or information systems and/or directly related work experience
- Five (5) years’ work experience in information technology or engineering. A related advanced degree may offset some of the related work experience requirements
- Expert-level knowledge of front-end and back-end frameworks
- Deep understanding of software architecture and design patterns.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong programming skills
- Proven computer/coding skills in multiple languages
- Analytical, problem solving, time management, organizational and interpersonal skills
- Good presentation skills and ability to handle multiple projects
- Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with professionals from a range of technical and non-technical backgrounds
Hours may vary due to operational need
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSKnowledge and experience in all aspects of the software development lifecycle, including Agile/Scrum/Kanban and Waterfall methodologies. Understanding of front-end architectural patterns (component-based architecture, SPA, MPA).
Experience with the Angular front-end framework and strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and Typescript. Experience consuming APIs, SOAP/RESTful APIs, Graph
QL, and asynchronous request handling. Experience maintaining a Dev Ops culture.
The compensation listed reflects the pay range or rate of pay reasonably expected for this posted position at the posted location(s). Actual pay is determined by job-related factors permitted by law and relevant to the position, such as experience, tenure, market level, pay at the location for this job, performance, schedule, and work assignment.

Pay Range: $83,799.00 - $ per year. Colorado Pay Ranges:
Colorado Springs, Grand Junction $89,665 - $143,465;
Henderson, Mead $94,693 - $151,509;
Gypsum $100,559 - $160,894. Illinois Pay Ranges:
Effingham, Kankakee, Lincoln, Quincy, Rockford, Aurora $89,665 - $143,465;
Bolingbrook, Chicago Heights, Des Plaines, Elmhurst, Forest View, Joliet, Schaumburg, Summit-Argo, Zion, Buffalo $100,559 - $160,894. New York Pay Ranges:
