Sr Ruby on Rails Developer (SaaS & API)
Location:
100% Remote
Job Type: Contract Role
Working Hours:
6:30 PM to 3:30 AM or 8:30 PM to 5:30 AM
- Ruby on Rails (5+ years) - Strong hands‑on experience building and scaling production‑grade SaaS applications.
- REST APIs & Third-Party Integrations (4+ years) - Experience with external APIs, authentication (OAuth), webhooks, and data synchronization.
- Backend Architecture & System Design (4+ years) - Designing scalable, secure, high‑performance backend systems.
- SaaS & Agile Environment (3+ years) - Experience working on large‑scale SaaS products in distributed/Agile teams.
- Technical Leadership & Mentorship (2+ years) - Ownership of features end‑to‑end, mentoring developers, and driving best practices.
