Software Engineer; Hybrid Model

What You’ll Do

We’re seeking a Software Engineer focusing on Java technologies, including frameworks like Spring Boot, SQL Server, Docker, Vue.js, RESTful API development, and AWS cloud platform. This position can be filled as a Software Engineer or a Senior Software Engineer based on the qualifications and experience of the selected candidate.

Contribute:
You’ll work in a full‑stack, Java development environment where you'll have the chance to work in many industry‑leading technologies. As a Software Engineer, you will:

• Engage in the design, development, and implementation of new and existing programs or solutions.
• Demonstrate ownership over the quality of assigned tasks, preparing test scripts and conducting tests on both new and existing solutions.
• Engage in team delivery functions such as design reviews, code reviews, and scrum meetings.
• Complete assigned tasks on time while adhering to established software development practices.

• Associate Degree in Computer Science or related discipline; or equivalent related work experience. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2 or more years of related work experience.
• Demonstrated aptitude in one or more programming languages and software development concepts.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to develop innovative solutions to technical challenges.
• Proficient knowledge of common Java frameworks such as Spring Boot.
• Capable of thriving in both independent and team‑based work environments.
