Job Description
Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate experience with one or more of the following technologies:
- Jakarta Contexts and Dependency Injection, Jakarta Bean Validation
- Java Messaging (JMS)
- Web technologies such as Jakarta RESTful Web Services, Jakarta Servlet
- Spring Framework
- Security Frameworks such as OIDC, OAuth, IDCS, Jipher, Bouncy Castle
- Data access technologies such as Jakarta EE Persistence (JPA), Eclipse Link, Hibernate, Jakarta Data
- Server protocols (HTTP, MCP, IIOP, RMI)
This position is set to be onsite in Nashville, TN at our Oracle HQ. There is No Opportunity for remote work for this position. Candidate must be willing to relocate if you do not already reside in the Nashville commutable areas. Oracle will provide relocation assistance for those willing to relocate.
Responsibilities- Develop implementations of Jakarta Enterprise Java specifications for EE 11.
- Develop new features to integrate with cloud services in OCI.
- Update Web Logic Server to support the most recent JDK.
Certain US customer or client-facing roles may be required to comply with applicable requirements, such as immunization and occupational health mandates.
Salary & BenefitsUS:
Hiring Range in USD from: $96,800 - $223,400 per year. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week.
Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation. - 11 paid holidays
