Responsibilities

Design and develop complex requirements to accomplish business goals.

Ensure that software is developed to meet functional, non-functional, and compliance requirements.

Ensure solutions are well designed with maintainability, ease of integration, and testing built in from the outset.

Possess strong proficiency in development and testing practices common to the industry and have extensive experience using design and architectural patterns.

Contribute to story refinement and define requirements.

Participate in estimating work necessary to realize a story or requirement through the delivery lifecycle.

Perform spikes or proofs of concept as necessary to mitigate risk or implement new ideas.

Code solutions and unit tests to deliver a requirement or story per the defined acceptance criteria and compliance requirements.

Utilize multiple architectural components (across data, application.

business) in design and development of client requirements.

Assist team with resolving technical complexities involved in realizing story work.

Lead the development team of employees and contractors in different time zones to deliver customer commitments.

Scope, Prioritize, track team deliverables and monitor performance.

Remote work may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite.

Required Skills & Experience

Master's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, CIS, MIS, Engineering (any), or related: and

3 years of experience in the job offered or a related IT occupation.

Must include 3 years of experience in each of the following:

Utilizing Java and Spring framework to perform API development and building solutions with the language;

Utilizing Angular framework to perform UI development for web applications;

Performing data modeling for Relational databases and using Oracle to design and develop complex stored procedures and performance tuning;

Handling large scale green field projects in a global team of developers using Agile methodology, CICD tools of Jenkins, Ansible, Bitbucket, and JIRA; and,

Utilizing knowledge related to Compliance and Business Supervision to assist the business users in creating technical requirements.

Pay range$ - $ annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.
