Overview:
This team develops Android-based hybrid applications for devices that support core operations within the client. Current initiatives include rebuilding the notification system using Kotlin and Jetpack Compose to improve reliability, as well as migrating applications to a new Android device platform.
The role seeks a Lead Quality Engineer to design and implement a scalable mobile automation testing framework, establish testing standards, and mentor the team on automation tools and best practices. The ideal candidate has extensive mobile automation experience, a strong background in leading QA efforts, and the ability to stand up end-to-end testing infrastructure, with Appium as a preferred framework.
* 7+ years of experience with mobile testing/development
* Expert in mobile automation testing
* Experienced with multiple different tools (Appium preferred)
* Ability to drive and stand up a mobile testing suite from scratch
* Strong collaboration skills and experience interacting with stakeholders
