We are looking for a skilled Front End Developer to join us on a remote contract basis. In this role, you will focus on auditing and enhancing the functionality of an existing website, while also contributing ideas for new features and pages to improve user experience and lead generation. This position is ideal for someone with a strong web development background and an eye for detail.

• Conduct a thorough audit of the current website to ensure all interactive elements and buttons function correctly.
• Provide recommendations for additional pages and features to improve usability and engagement.
• Optimize the website to enhance lead generation and conversion rates.
• Implement best practices for on-site and off-site SEO to improve search engine visibility.
• Utilize platforms like Wix to develop and refine website design and functionality.
• Analyze website traffic using Google Analytics and suggest improvements based on data insights.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align website updates with business goals.
• Ensure the website is responsive and performs well across different devices and browsers.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in front-end web development.
• Proficiency in React.js, JavaScript, CSS, and HTML.
• Hands‑on experience with Wix and similar website platforms.
• Strong knowledge of front-end frameworks and SEO strategies.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics for tracking and improving website performance.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
• Experience in the construction industry is preferred.
