REMOTE- AI Engineer

An employer is looking for an AI Engineer to sit remotely. The primary responsibility will be to build and deploy AI and Gen AI products into existing internal applications and into SaaS platforms that the client has integrated. The goal of these roles is to help introduce Gen AI to the business and implement these solutions into existing platforms. You will partner closely with senior engineers and contribute to building AI agents in databricks.

Additional tasks will include pioneering Gen AI models, collaboration with application teams to identify opportunities to leverage Gen AI, and to develop, program, train the complex networks of algorithms. This will have a heavy focus on Azure products/ services including Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, Azure Function Apps and Azure API management.

Required Skills & Experience

5-7+ years of experience within AI engineering
2+ years of experience developing Gen AI products
Strong background with Microsoft Azure Cloud Environment
Extensive experience with Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, Azure Function Apps and Azure API Management
Expert level python development skills
Proven background in building/ deploying AI solutions/ agents and showcasing ROI
Strong experience working with SQL

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Databricks experience
Experience building AI agents
