• 5+ years of hands‑on experience in multiple security domains with strong software engineering fundamentals
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages, including Python, Go, and C#
• Proven experience leading cross‑domain security projects from design to rollout and adoption
• Ability to deliver scalable prevention across various security domains, favoring structured approaches over ad‑hoc fixes
• Strong analytical skills to think like both an attacker and a defender, enhancing prevention and response strategies

• Community contributions such as research, talks, blogging, or open‑source software involvement
• Experience with bot and abuse mitigation strategies
