Job Description: Join a high-growth startup as the first dedicated Head of Product, owning the end-to-end roadmap for AI agents that automate AML, KYC, and KYB reviews. You will sit at the intersection of engineering and GTM, translating complex regulatory needs into scalable solutions that cut operational costs for financial institutions by 85%.

Location: London, UK

• Significant ownership as the first product leader at a YC S24 company backed by Google’s AI fund (Gradient) with a $3M seed round.
• Direct impact on the global fight against financial crime by replacing manual human review tasks with cutting-edge autonomous agents.
• Work closely with founders who led Fin Crime at Revolut, in a high-velocity environment with flexible "work from anywhere" perks.

• Define and own the end-to-end product vision and roadmap, balancing near-term customer impact with long-term strategic AI initiatives.
• Partner directly with engineering and AI research teams to translate customer workflows into feasible, high-quality technical specifications.
• Lead customer discovery and feedback loops with fintechs and banks to validate solutions and ensure high product adoption.

• 5+ years of product management experience, specifically owning roadmaps and shipping complex B2B SaaS products from zero to one.
• Deep experience in fintech, regtech, or highly regulated industries, with a strong understanding of compliance or risk workflows.
• Exceptional execution skills and the ability to operate decisively with imperfect information in an early-stage startup environment.
