Full Stack Developer

Position: Full Stack Developer I
POSITION OVERVIEW:

Supports the design, coding, testing and deployment of software in all layers of the development life cycle. Provides the necessary documentation. Works with databases, APIs, servers, networks and various programming languages. Works under close supervision in a collaborative environment.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Assists with designing software code using multiple programming languages.
2. Tests newly developed software code.
3. Documents code per the company's processes.
4. Collaborates effectively with colleagues, managers, vendors, user focus groups and comments, and other stakeholders.
5. Provides assistance with evaluating code, to ensure it meets industry standards and is compatible with all hardware and software.
6. Comply with all applicable laws/regulations, as well as company policies/procedures.
7. Perform other duties as assigned.

Pay Range: $66,803.00 - $ per year

Gypsum $80,165 - $126,660

Illinois Pay Ranges:
Effingham, Kankakee, Lincoln, Quincy, Rockford, Aurora $71,480 - $112,939;
Bolingbrook, Chicago Heights, Des Plaines, Elmhurst, Forest View, Joliet, Schaumburg, Summit-Argo, Zion, Buffalo $80,165 - $126,660

New York Pay Ranges:
Plattsburgh, Buffalo, Watertown, North Chili, East Syracuse, Nichols $71,480 - $112,939;
Bethpage, Montgomery, West Babylon $80,165 - $126,660

This compensation range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting pay range in NJ. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary for the lowest level to the current starting salary of the highest level. Actual starting pay is determined by experience relative to the job, market level, specific location and other job-related factors permitted by law.

Regular full & part-time employees (who complete 91 days of employment and work a minimum average of 12 hours per week) are eligible to enroll in medical, dental, and/or vision coverage, tuition reimbursement. Full/part-time employees who are age 21 are eligible for 401(k) after one month of employment.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's Degree/equivalent in computer science, engineering, or information systems and/or directly related work experience two (2) years' work experience in information technology or engineering.
Strong programming skills
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
Proven computer/coding skills in multiple languages
Analytical, problem solving, time management, organizational and interpersonal skills
Good presentation skills and ability to handle multiple projects
Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with professionals from a range of technical and non-technical backgrounds
