• Architect and develop robust ad servers and ecosystems that integrate seamlessly with third‑party services
• Design scalable backend systems to support high-volume ad transactions and ensure real‑time performance
• Drive architectural decisions to enhance system resiliency and performance across distributed environments
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to unlock new monetization opportunities through innovative ad formats
• Mentor senior engineers to increase the overall technical depth and effectiveness of the organization

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in Java and multi-threaded system design, optimizing for performance under heavy concurrency
• Proven track record of architecting high-throughput, low-latency distributed systems
• Strong database expertise and understanding of data consistency, performance trade-offs, and capacity planning
• Excellent communication skills to align engineering, product, and business stakeholders around shared outcomes

• Familiarity with AdTech ecosystems, including advertiser technologies or Real‑Time Bidding frameworks
• Experience integrating third‑party demand and supply partners
• Demonstrated success in scaling systems across data centers with replication strategies
• Ability to influence technical strategy across teams without direct authority
• Comfort with cloud‑native environments, ideally AWS‑based infrastructures
