Software Engineer (.NET)

Direct Hire | Remote (Select U.S. States - AZ, CA, CO, FL, IL, MA, MN, NY, TN, TX, VA, WA)

We are working exclusively with our client to identify a talented Software Engineer to join their growing product and engineering team. This is a direct-hire role with a Houston-based organization offering remote flexibility across select states.

• Base salary: $130,000–$150,000
  , depending on experience - no annual bonus

• Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services using C# and .NET Core (6+)
• Write and optimize SQL queries and contribute to data modeling efforts
• Deploy and support applications in Azure (AWS experience also considered)
• Work autonomously while collaborating closely with Product Management and UX
• Contribute to containerized deployments in Azure
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools to improve development efficiency

• 5+ years of professional experience with C# and .NET Core
• Strong SQL skills, including query writing and some data modeling
• Experience with Azure or AWS (Azure preferred)
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

• Experience using AI development tools (OpenAI, Google AI, Cloud Code, etc.)
• Exposure to Azure Synapse or backend data processing platforms
• Experience deploying applications to Azure containers

  AZ, CA, CO, FL, IL, MA, MN, NY, TN, TX, VA, WA
• Headquarters:
  Houston, TX
• Quarterly travel to the Houston office (company covered)
• Candidates based in Houston are a plus

• Must be authorized to work in the United States now and in the future without sponsorship
