- Lead multiple software engineering teams, including managers and engineers, both onshore and offshore
- Establish the technical direction for AI‑powered voice systems and integrations
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure reliable and secure voice platforms
- Oversee the transition from older voice systems to modern, cloud‑based solutions
- Manage large, complex projects involving multiple teams and stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 8 years of software engineering experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Proven track record of delivering large, reliable customer‑facing technology platforms
- Strong understanding of software design, cloud technologies, APIs, AI, and distributed systems
- Excellent communication skills with experience presenting to senior leaders
- Experience with voice technologies such as conversational AI and IVR systems
- Background in updating legacy systems to cloud‑based or AI‑enabled platforms
- Experience in healthcare or other highly regulated industries
- Familiarity with systems that operate 24/7 and manage high call volumes
- Experience collaborating with global teams and strategic technology partners
