Learn and apply cloud technologies and best practices with guidance from senior engineers.
Participate in on-call rotations, helping teams resolve infrastructure questions and incidents.
Collaborate across engineering teams and grow through mentorship from experienced engineers.
Explore AI-powered observability and automation tools to help continuously improve developer velocity.
These are the experiences and strengths that will set you up for success in this role:
0–2 years of experience in Software Development or Infrastructure Engineering
Curiosity and eagerness to learn with a mindset that values internal customer needs and developer experience
Willingness to take initiative and contribute to improving codebases and practices with guidance from senior engineers
Basic familiarity with cloud infrastructure and some exposure to AWS or similar cloud services
Exposure to or interest in developer tooling and what makes a great developer experience
Familiarity with or eagerness to learn observability tools to help identify and resolve issues
Some experience with, or strong interest in learning Ruby to maintain our suite of Ruby-based internal/dev-ex products
Comfort asking questions and a willingness to support on-call rotations as you ramp up
