Job Description

We are seeking a Full‑Stack Software Engineer to join our Platform Engineering team and help build a new self‑service platform from the ground up, with a strong focus on a React‑based frontend and a Python backend. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing intuitive, responsive, and high‑performance web applications that deliver exceptional user experiences while collaborating closely with product, platform, and AI teams.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of professional experience with React.js and strong proficiency in React, Redux, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, RESTful APIs, and Python, along with experience using modern build tools such as Webpack, Babel, NPM, and Yarn, and familiarity with responsive design frameworks like Bootstrap, Material UI, or Tailwind CSS. You should have a deep understanding of state management, component lifecycle, hooks, and the Context API, as well as experience using Git or Git Hub for version control.

This role also requires a solid understanding of AI and agentic AI concepts, including autonomous agents and AI‑driven workflows, enabling you to help evaluate, recommend, and integrate intelligent capabilities into the platform as part of its evolution toward AI‑powered self‑service experiences.

• 6+ years of experience as a Full-Stack Developer
• 6+ years of experience with React & Python
• Advanced SQL proficiency with the ability to model, transform, and optimize large, complex datasets for reporting and analytics
• Proven expertise building interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or similar BI tools.
• Experience developing and supporting automated data pipelines, ETL/ELT processes, and reporting workflows
• Demonstrated ability to partner with business, operations, and compliance stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable insights
