• Leading the development and execution of technical strategies and programs.
• Collaborating with engineering teams to enhance code quality and product performance.
• Creating effective proofs of concept and rapid prototypes to meet evolving business needs.
• Elevating the skills and output of the engineering team through strong leadership and mentorship.
• Architecting for both new features and managing existing code bases with a focus on best practices.
• Ensuring alignment with Scrum teams to facilitate the execution of architectural decisions.
• Engaging in daily communication with team members and the product owner to prepare work for development.

• Having a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science.
• 7+ years of software development experience for web‑based products at scale.
• 3+ years in software architecture and technical leadership, ideally with some experience in leading offshore teams.
• Experience with the Microsoft technical stack – C#, .NET, Visual Studio as well as React.
• Excellent communication skills and a knack for mentoring and guiding others.
• Ability to work autonomously and be meticulous in your work.
• Ability to collaborate across both technical and non‑technical teams.
• Demonstration of a continuous learning mindset and ability to think creatively to solve complex problems.
