• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field, plus 4 years of relevant experience
• Strong focus on full‑stack development, distributed systems, and APIs
• Proficiency with technologies such as Ruby on Rails, Kotlin, Postgre
  
  SQL, React, Next.js, Vercel, and Python
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and deploying applications in cloud‑native environments
• Familiarity with microservices architecture and real‑time data processing pipelines

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, adaptable to different audiences
• Ability to execute independently on projects of varying complexity
• Comfortable challenging authority and making decisions like an owner
• Preference for synchronous collaboration and face‑to‑face interactions, even in a remote environment
• Experience working with cross‑functional teams to achieve project goals
