- Design, develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce applications and platform capabilities using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and other Salesforce technologies
- Own end-to-end delivery of features and enhancements for the Sales Trading & Prime business
- Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and internal/external systems to enable reliable data flows
- Collaborate with product managers and business stakeholders to refine requirements and provide technical guidance
- Document technical designs and mentor junior developers on Salesforce engineering best practices
- 4+ years of hands‑on experience as a Salesforce Developer or equivalent role
- Deep understanding of core Salesforce platform concepts including Apex, LWC, and security/sharing
- Demonstrated experience designing and implementing complex Salesforce solutions in Service Cloud or Sales Cloud
- Strong experience building integrations between Salesforce and other systems using REST APIs
- Excellent problem‑solving and debugging skills in complex, distributed environments
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and multi‑org Salesforce environments
- Background in regulated environments such as financial services or compliance‑heavy domains
- Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II or Salesforce Administrator
- Hands‑on experience integrating Salesforce with internal platforms or AI/automation tooling
- Experience contributing to engineering standards and best practices across multiple teams
