• At least 5 years of experience in software engineering
• Proven experience in designing, building, scaling, and maintaining production services
• Ability to compose a service‑oriented architecture
• Strong commitment to writing high‑quality, well‑tested code
• Passion for building an open financial system that brings the world together

• Experience in a rapidly growing company (from startup to mid‑size)
• Familiarity with growth experiments or A/B testing frameworks
• Knowledge of Blockchain technology (e.g., Bitcoin, Ethereum)
• Experience in decomposing a large monolith into microservices
• Proficiency with technologies such as Golang, Ruby, Docker, Rails, Postgres, Mongo
  
  DB, or DynamoDB
