AI Engineer - Speech to Text & Text to Speech
Ho Chi Minh City, Hyderabad, Melbourne 2-3 years 6 months contract Competitive Fully Remote
OverviewJoin our team to build innovative AI solutions that transform how businesses communicate. We're looking for a talented AI Engineer to help shape our Speech-to-Text and Text-to-Speech capabilities.
What We Are Looking For- • 2-3 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML engineering
- • Strong expertise in Speech-to-Text (STT) and Text-to-Speech (TTS) processing
- • Experience with frameworks like Whisper, Tacotron, VITS, or similar
- • Proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, Tensor Flow)
- • Availability for meetings during US Eastern (New York) timezone
- • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting
- • Design, develop, and optimize Speech-to-Text and Text-to-Speech models
- • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate voice AI into our solutions
- • Evaluate and benchmark different STT/TTS models for accuracy and performance
- • Implement and maintain pipelines for real-time and batch processing
- • Troubleshoot and improve existing voice AI systems
- • Document technical designs and contribute to best practices
- • Participate in code reviews and knowledge sharing sessions
- • 2-3 years of experience in AI/ML engineering
