We are searching for a Salesforce Developer to complement our team. The interview process requires travel to the Orlando, FL area. Upon hire, this is a remote position. You must be authorized to work in U.S. for any employer, as MSI is unable to provide sponsorship for employment.

• New development projects, transforming current standardsina rapidly changing environment.
• Develop Lightning Web Components for both internal and external(Salesforce Experience Cloud) including CSS and Javascriptas necessary.
• Create working configurations,customizationsand integrations with current and future tools.
• Strengthen Salesforce Instance(s) by working alongside MSI Salesforce Team to increase code coverage,resolve errors, increaseproper tests and general development best practices.
• Generate test cases and perform unit testing for new and fine-tuned applications/code
• Identify and close gaps between current and new innovative solutions.
• Optimize Salesforce as a mainstay, balancing business needs with complex technical solutions.
• Collaborates with project managers and leadership for all projects involving company data.
• Addresses data-related problemsregardingsystems integration, compatibility, and multiple-platform integration.
• Acts as a leader and advocate of data management, clean code, including coaching, training, and career development to staff.
• Develops and implements key components as needed to create testing criteriain order toguarantee the fidelity and performance of the system.
• Document new processes and implementations tomaintaina current andaccurateview of the developed processes.

• Must have a current Salesforce Platform Developer certification.

  Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Other equivalent technical degrees, or equivalent work experience.

• 3-5+ years’ experience maintaining,supporting, and developing in  Org withday to day business requirements.
• Proficiency with declarative Salesforce development, including but not limited to objects, workflows, process builders, lightning app builder, approval processes, visual flows, email alerts, communities
• Experience with Sales Cloud development with Salesforce CPQ, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Apex
• Experience with Salesforce API andWeb Services, API Integrations (REST and SOAP)
• Unique combination of being business-minded and highly analytical while also having a strong and deep technical background in
• Able and willing to work independently and in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, with minimal supervision.
• Ability to recognize and recommend needed changes in user and operations procedures including participation in code reviews.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, as well as excellent communication skills, verbal and written to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Take initiative to recommend process improvements anddemonstratecreative thinking
• Knowledge and experience with Agile and Dev Ops methodologies
• Experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud
