What You’ll Do- Build and maintain features across the frontend and backend of our web app.
- Work on real-time experiences (live transcription, suggestions, session state).
- Collaborate closely with product and support to turn real user problems into solutions.
- Design and implement APIs, data flows, and backend logic.
- Improve performance, reliability, and overall product quality.
- Contribute to architectural decisions as the product and team scale.
- Strong experience as a Full-Stack Engineer on modern web applications.
- Solid knowledge of JavaScript / Type Script and frameworks like React and Next.js.
- Comfort working with backend systems, APIs, and databases.
- Ability to reason across the stack and make pragmatic tradeoffs.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ownership mindset.
- Good written communication in English.
- Experience with real-time systems, browser extensions, or Electron apps.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and Dev Ops basics.
- Experience working in early-stage startups or small teams.
