Full-Stack Engineer

Interviews Chat is an AI platform that helps people ace their job interviews. Our Interview Copilot listens to live meetings and provides real-time answers and suggestions. We’re scaling fast, trusted by thousands of professionals worldwide, and building new products (Chrome extension, mobile app, desktop app) to reach even more users.

We’re looking for a Full-Stack Engineer to help build and scale the core of Interviews Chat. You’ll work across frontend and backend, shipping real features that users rely on during live interviews — where reliability, speed, and UX actually matter.

This is a hands‑on role with real ownership, not a narrow ticket‑execution position.

• Build and maintain features across the frontend and backend of our web app.
• Work on real‑time experiences (live transcription, suggestions, session state).
• Collaborate closely with product and support to turn real user problems into solutions.
• Design and implement APIs, data flows, and backend logic.
• Improve performance, reliability, and overall product quality.
• Contribute to architectural decisions as the product and team scale.

• Strong experience as a Full‑Stack Engineer on modern web applications.
• Solid knowledge of JavaScript / Type Script and frameworks like React and Next.js.
• Comfort working with backend systems, APIs, and databases.
• Ability to reason across the stack and make pragmatic tradeoffs.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ownership mindset.
• Good written communication in English.

• Experience with real‑time systems, browser extensions, or Electron apps.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and Dev Ops basics.
• Experience working in early‑stage startups or small teams.
