We’re looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer with exceptional UI and Angular expertise - a true “ UI Guru ” who can create interfaces that delight users, elevate usability, and bring design concepts to life with technical precision and creativity. You’ll blend strong software engineering fundamentals with an eye for detail to make “UI magic” happen. This position does not require UI / UX Design Expertise.

Apollo already has a fully staffed UX Product Design Team. This person will handle the most complex front‑end coding challenges we face.

• UI Ownership : Drive enhancements to the UI component architecture, ensuring our product looks, feels, and performs exceptionally and consistently across devices.
• Velocity : Work closely with founders, designers, and engineers to turn ideas into polished, production‑ready features.
• Mission : Build technology that empowers educators and students.
• Professionalism : Collaborate in a senior, full‑stack engineering culture with Product Managers, UX Designers, Dev Ops, and QA experts.

Remote‑first culture :
Work from anywhere in the U.S., connected by shared goals and open communication.

Design and build beautiful, high‑performance UI components using Angular and modern front‑end technologies.

Translate UX concepts, wireframes, and design mockups into responsive, accessible, and intuitive experiences.

Develop scalable, cloud‑based solutions as part of our core platform.

Collaborate with product and design teams to improve usability and maintain design integrity. Provide feedback to UX Product Design Team about the technical capabilities and effort required for proposed designs.

Influence UI / UX best practices, component libraries, and front‑end architecture.

Contribute to back‑end systems and APIs in .NET Core as part of a full‑stack engineering effort.

12+ years in software development, including 6+ years in senior / lead roles.

Proven experience delivering enterprise‑grade UI experiences and complex front‑end architectures.

• Type Script, HTML5, CSS3 / SASS, and responsive design
• UI performance and Section 508 accessibility compliance

• Design Systems and Component Library development
• Figma (interpreting and interacting with established designs)
• NET Core, C#, Entity Framework (EF Core), LINQ, and Dependency Injection (DI)

gRPC

Strong communication and collaboration skills with both technical and non‑technical teams.
