You will participate in agile development processes, contribute to code reviews, and follow established engineering best practices. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, problem‑solving skills, adaptability, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain responsive web applications using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
- Convert UI/UX designs into interactive front‑end components
- Assist in implementing features using modern frameworks such as React, Vue, or Angular
- Integrate front‑end components with RESTful APIs and backend services
- Ensure cross‑browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness
- Troubleshoot and debug front‑end issues
- Optimize web applications for speed and performance
- Participate in code reviews and adhere to coding standards
- Maintain documentation for development updates
- Stay current with emerging JavaScript and front‑end technologies
Skills and Qualifications
- Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3
- Familiarity with at least one modern front‑end framework
- Basic understanding of responsive design principles
- Experience working with APIs and JSON
- Familiarity with Git and version control workflows
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Attention to detail and commitment to clean, maintainable code
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- Portfolio or Git Hub projects demonstrating JavaScript/front‑end work
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience
