We are seeking a highly skilled Facets Developer with strong .NET full-stack development experience to join our technology team. The ideal candidate will combine in-depth knowledge of Tri Zetto Facets with hands‑on expertise in .NET, C#, and SQL Server, building and supporting custom applications, workflows, and integrations that drive operational excellence across our healthcare systems.

Salary: $95,000.00 – $

• Design, develop, and maintain custom Facets extensions, workflows, and integrations using .NET (C#/ASP.NET/Core) and related technologies.
• Build and enhance APIs, web services (SOAP/REST), and data integration solutions to connect Facets with internal and external systems.
• Develop and optimize SQL Server objects (stored procedures, functions, views) and perform data analysis to support backend processes.
• Support Facets configuration, claims processing logic, benefit setup, and backend automation where applicable.
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and QA teams to translate requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable technical solutions.
• Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), including design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
• Apply Dev Ops and CI/CD practices to improve code quality, deployment speed, and reliability.
• Contribute to system documentation, technical specifications, and best practice standards.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance within Agile/Scrum teams.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field – or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of software/application development experience, including work with C#, .NET (ASP.NET/Core), and JavaScript frameworks (e.g., Angular, React).
• 4+ years of experience with Microsoft SQL Server: data modeling, query tuning, and performance optimization.
• 5+ years developing custom workflows, plug‑ins, and integrations using SSIS, APIs, and web services (SOAP/REST).
• 3+ years of hands‑on experience working with Tri Zetto Facets, including customization, data models, or integration with external systems.
• Advanced understanding of Agile methodologies and the full SDLC.
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes) preferred.
• Solid knowledge of Dev Ops practices, CI/CD pipelines, and version control (Git, Azure Dev Ops).
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
• Demonstrated growth mindset and ability to quickly learn new technologies and frameworks.
