• 3+ years of full-stack development experience, with a strong grasp of both frontend and backend technologies
• Proficiency in React, Type Script, and modern frontend development workflows
• Experience building RESTful APIs using Python (FastAPI, Flask, or Django preferred)
• Familiarity with database design and modern data storage (Postgre
  
  SQL, Redis, etc.)
• Comfort working in dynamic, fast-paced environments with shifting priorities
• Strong product instincts and a user-first approach to development
• Experience with AI workflows, orchestration tools, or agent-based systems is a plus
• Startup or early-stage company experience is highly desirable
