Position SummaryThe Website Developer designs, develops, tests, and maintains secure, scalable, and accessible web-based applications supporting clinical research and government programs. This role ensures modern, compliant, and user‑friendly solutions that align with stakeholder requirements and federal standards. This is a work from home eligible position.
Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, test, and deploy responsive web applications.
- Develop front‑end solutions using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern frameworks.
- Build and integrate back‑end services and relational/No
SQL databases. - Ensure Section 508 compliance and accessibility standards.
- Deploy and manage applications in AWS or Azure cloud environments.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum development processes.
- Conduct debugging, performance optimization, and security hardening.
- Maintain technical documentation and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (8 years of experience may substitute).
- Minimum 5 years of experience developing websites and web‑based applications.
- Experience integrating databases and cloud infrastructure.
- Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, and collaborative development tools.
- Experience supporting Federal or State government web development projects.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with clinical trial electronic data capture systems (CTDB, CTSS).
