As a Sitecore Technical Lead, you’ll lead the technical delivery of enterprise Sitecore implementations for U.S. healthcare organizations. You bring deep expertise in Sitecore XP/XM, and XM Cloud, including headless architecture patterns, integrations, and delivery best practices.

You’ll be expected to collaborate within a cross-functional agile team, independently solve complex technical issues, mentor other developers, and communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical client stakeholders, all while balancing scope, timelines, and budget.
Your MissionLead the delivery of secure, scalable, headless Sitecore XM Cloud solutions for US healthcare clients, while mentoring teams and driving technical excellence from architecture through launch.
Responsibilities- Write high-quality, reusable code following industry best practices
- Develop (in collaboration with other team members) creative, functional, maintainable, and performance-driven web applications, websites and components.
- Write concise technical documentation for new and enhanced solutions according to established standards
- Project-based work and contributing to our internal library of reusable components.
- Provide estimates on work efforts.
- Provide senior-level support to developers on your team through mentoring and helping them debug issues
- Ensure strong team collaboration. Lead by example. Drive team communication.
- Mentor and upskill team members, promote best practices, and guide technical growth.

- 3+ years in a technical leadership role such as tech lead, team lead, or principal web developer within an agency
- 3+ years professional experience architecting, developing, and launching Sitecore XM Cloud solutions
- 3+ years professional experience architecting, developing, and launching Sitecore XP/ XM solutions
- Strong understanding of Sitecore content architecture (templates, content modeling), component strategies, and scalable multi-team implementation patterns.
- Minimum 4 years professional experience in .NET development (C#), ASP.Net MVC, .Net Core, ASP.Net Web API.
- Significant professional experience using React (5+ years), Next.js (4+ years - including recent App Router work), and Type Script (3+ years)
- 3+ years professional experience architecting and implementing websites that make use of multiple platforms and services i.e. MACH architecture that includes headless CMS, search-as-a-service, forms-as-a-service etc.
- 3+ years professional experience developing and consuming APIs (Graph
QL, REST) - Experience with serverless functions / edge workers (Vercel, Cloudflare Workers, Azure Functions, AWS Lambda)
- Able to setup and own Dev Ops for projects you are leading using Git Hub Actions with deployments to targets on platforms such as Vercel, Netlify, or Cloudflare
- Strong debugging skills combined with experience using performance and load testing tools.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain the technical aspects of a project to non-technical people
- Ability to handle multiple competing projects in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to contribute to the whole process from concept and research to implementation and ongoing maintenance.
- Professional experience working with agile practices (backlog, user stories) and methodologies (Scrum / Kanban)
