Join a frontier NYC AI lab to build the digital gyms where the next generation of AI agents learn to think. We’re partnering with a global leader in AI training to create hyper-realistic simulations that teach agents to master complex enterprise software. If you’re a passionate builder who cares about the ‘how’ behind the ‘wow,’ come shape the frontier of agentic intelligence.

- Flexible hours, work from anywhere
- Open to all backgrounds
- Suits people who care about their work and want to shape the future
As a Prompt Writer
, you define what “good” looks like for the AI agent by writing the "rulebook" and job descriptions it follows. You will design the prompts that guide AI agents through tasks in fake ‘Salesforce’ environments, ensuring the instructions are logical, clear, and efficient.
Instead of a specific background, we are looking for thoughtful, creative thinkers who enjoy solving logical puzzles and can write clear "rules" for how an AI should think.
- Thoughtful & creative:
You can imagine multiple ways a task could be done and pick the one that is most logical for a machine to follow. - A highly engaged mindset:
You find the idea of shaping AI behavior genuinely exciting. You aren’t just "checking boxes"; you’re interested in why the data matters. - Precision with language:
You understand how a single word can change an outcome and take pride in clear communication. - Consistent commitment:
This role requires a consistent full-time commitment (40hrs/week), starting with an Eastern Time (NY) overlap for your initial training.
🟢 Please consider applying even if you don't meet 100% of what’s outlined 🟢
