What you’ll do
As a key member of the Tools & Diagnostics team (part of the TVM Org), you’ll collaborate with stakeholders across Customer Success, Product Engineering, Support Operations, IT, and Observability to build and support high-performing applications and systems.
Your role includes developing and integrating tools—whether in-house or third-party—to improve scalability of systems, efficiency of teams and promote customer self-service. You will enhance internal systems to streamline Customer Success operations, and build self-service data and AI solutions that empower teams with custom tooling, AI Agents and analytics. Your work will directly impact the scalability, automation, and operational efficiency of Customer Success at Docusign.
This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Sr. Manager, Tools and Diagnostics.
Responsibility
Write maintainable code in C#, .Net and other object-oriented languages
Write SQL/Kusto queries to combine data and build dashboards from multiple tables and views in the data warehouse
Automate unit/functional/regression testing, Continuous Integration/Delivery (using Playwright, NUnit or similar)
Address system issues impacting performance, scalability, and reliability
Adopt, enforce and enhance the use of tools, applications and processes for an efficient Agile development process (i.e., code management, code reviews etc.)
Influence architectural decisions, technology selection, design of scalable and sustainable solutions, and risk mitigation strategies impacting production systems and applications
Design, develop, test, and maintain data integrations leveraging web APIs
Innovate and Develop new internal/external solutions for the Customer Success Team and Broader Docusign Org

Hybrid:
Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation)

What you bring
Basic
• BS degree in CS or EE or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years professional experience in software development using object-oriented methodologies and design patterns in a .NET/C# environment or other object-oriented languages
Preferred
• Strong experience with Salesforce reporting and Salesforce API development
• Strong experience with Jira reporting and Jira API development
• Experience with Authentication and Authorization development (OKTA APIs)
• Experience with Azure data environments
• Experience with Grafana or other telemetry tools
• Experience writing complex performant queries using Kusto Query Language
• Experience with AI and ML Models
