• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure the quality and functionality of our products and services
• Identify, report, and track software defects and issues
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and provide feedback on potential risks and issues
• Perform manual and automated testing of web and mobile applications
• Continuously improve and optimize testing processes and procedures
• Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to developers
• Stay updated on industry best practices and trends in quality assurance and testing

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in software testing and quality assurance
• Strong understanding of quality assurance principles, processes, and methodologies
• Experience with manual and automated testing of web and mobile applications
• Familiarity with testing tools and technologies such as Selenium, JIRA, and Postman
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
