This is a full‑time hybrid role for an AI Solutions Engineer based in New York, NY, with the flexibility to work from home on occasion. The AI Solutions Engineer will develop and integrate advanced software systems, provide consultation and support to clients, and work closely with sales and presales teams to deliver tailored AI solutions. The individual will ensure seamless integration of AI‑powered tools into client workflows while maintaining a customer‑centric approach to problem‑solving and innovation.
Qualifications- Proficiency in Software Development with strong programming skills and understanding of AI and machine learning technologies
- Experience in client‑facing roles such as Consulting and Presales to effectively gather requirements and provide tailored solutions
- Expertise in Sales and Integration, including providing technological support throughout the sales lifecycle and ensuring smooth system implementation
- Strong problem‑solving abilities, analytical skills, and a collaborative approach to teamwork
- Effective communication and presentation skills to articulate technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Experience in healthcare or AI‑related industries is a plus
