- Lead code reviews, provide technical guidance, and mentor junior developers
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 8+ years of experience in Salesforce development, with at least 5 years focused on CPQ
- Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, Flows, and Salesforce configuration
- Expertise in Salesforce CPQ, including product configuration, pricing rules, and quote generation
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a multi‑cultural, global environment
- Salesforce Certified Industries CPQ Developer
- Salesforce Certified Revenue Cloud Consultant
- Experience working with specific business processes and technology stacks
