Senior Engineering Manager

• Own and manage one of our core engineering teams of 5‑10 engineers, creating a culture of quality, excellence, and growth
• Work cross‑functionally with product, engineering, sales, finance, leadership, and other teams to execute company goals
• Build and grow the roadmap for your team while considering strategic direction, resource allocation, organizational alignment, and more
• Grow the team through hiring and internal career development

• 2+ years experience managing and hiring engineers on teams ranging from 5‑10 reports, with 6+ total years of experience in fast‑paced engineering roles
• Experience managing a high‑performance team of both junior and senior talent in fast‑paced, startup‑like environments
• Familiarity with technologies, programming languages, and frameworks, such as Django, Python, React, Postgres, SQL, AWS, RDS, Docker, and Kubernetes
• Experience planning team roadmaps and goals as a product‑minded engineering leader
• Ability to balance priorities, tradeoffs, and cross‑functional initiatives working closely with product, finance, engineering and other organizational departments to drive successful business outcomes

• The cash compensation range for this role is $,000.
• Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications. In addition to cash compensation, all employees receive an equity compensation package.
