• Maintain and enhance internal case management systems
• Support the integration of AI features into our existing framework
• Process and resolve internal user support requests
• Adjust system functionalities based on business requirements
• Diagnose errors and ensure database integrity
• Guarantee optimal system performance, stability, and usability

Our mission is to develop and implement agentic AI within our in-house case management system. We are currently seeking a talented PHP developer to join our dynamic team, where you can work on complex internal systems that drive our business-critical operations.

This is a full-time hybrid remote position based in Paramus, NJ, offering a competitive salary range of $65,000.00 – $75,000.00 annually, along with benefits including paid time off.
