Senior Conversation Designer - REMOTE

Accountabilities
Lead the architectural design for Voice AI and Agentic Agent platforms.
Define best practices and technical standards for end-to-end Voice AI systems.
Implement real-time conversational workflows utilizing LLMs and NLMs.
Architect API-first and event-driven integrations across various platforms.
Ensure compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory standards in Voice AI workflows.
Mentor and guide engineering teams in advanced AI system design.

Requirements
8+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on AI and automation.
Hands-on expertise in Voice AI technologies including LLMs, STT, and TTS.
Strong background in API architecture and distributed systems.
Proficient with programming in Python or modern backend languages.

Experience with CCaaS platforms (Five9, Genesys, etc.) is a plus.
Excellent leadership and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
