Responsibilities   Build and launch features that delight millions of players daily
Write clean, performant, and maintainable Roblox Lua code
Partner with designers, artists, and producers to craft gameplay experiences
Debug and improve live game systems
Improve the game on technical front and maintain high quality standards
Playtest and provide design/product feedback regularly
Requirements   Strong foundation in CS fundamentals and problem-solving
Familiarity with game engines, scripting languages, version control
Excellent communication and collaborative mindset
1+ years of Roblox development experience
Nice to Have   Bachelor’s degree in CS/Software Engineering or equivalent development experience
Experience working in game teams
Shipped games or features on Roblox or similar platforms
Game jam or modding experience
Familiarity with live game systems (analytics, economy tuning, balancing)
2+ years professional software development experience
Tech Stack   Roblox Lua scripting
Backend services (AWS, Golang)
Analytics pipelines (Snowflake, Tableau)
Collaboration tools:
Git Hub, Discord
Location   Remote - if individual is able to work EST/PST hours
Travel - 2 to 3x / year (onboarding, RDC + possible team meet-ups)
Time Zone - must be willing to work EST/PST hours
