You will work closely with various stakeholders, driving key initiatives that elevate client services and outcomes.
Accountabilities Lead end-to-end Salesforce Field Service implementations, including architecture design across Work Orders, Assets, Scheduling, Mobility, Inventory, and Technician Enablement.
Architect scalable, API‑driven integrations between Salesforce and ERP, billing, CPQ/Revenue Cloud, asset systems, and middleware platforms.
Define and govern technical architecture standards, including clean‑core principles and Dev Ops strategy.
Drive pre‑sales solutioning: lead RFP responses, architecture design, effort estimation, and client presentations.
Provide strategic advisory to clients on Field Service operating models and enterprise service transformation roadmaps.
Lead and mentor distributed development and integration teams, establishing code quality standards.
Serve as escalation point for complex technical issues across integrations and performance optimization.
Develop reusable accelerators and solution frameworks to strengthen delivery efficiency.
Requirements Overall experience of 10+ years with a minimum of 4 years as a Subject Matter Expert for Salesforce implementations.
5+ years of Apex programming, triggers, and controllers.
3+ years of Lightning Aura Component or LWC programming.
Proven 2+ years of development team leadership experience.
Experience estimating RFP/pursuits and documenting assumptions.
Strong experience developing components using Lightning Framework.
Solid experience using standard Salesforce APIs (REST, Bulk, Streaming).
Excellent knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem.
Experience using Salesforce data tools.
Strong understanding of Salesforce SDLC.
