Job Summary

Join our Software Engineering team as a Level 8 Application Lead, where you will drive the design and development of custom, high-performance software solutions. You will act as a technical subject matter expert, leading a collaborative team to deliver scalable applications that solve complex business challenges.

• Design and implement innovative software solutions utilizing Spring Boot and modern frameworks.
• Lead and mentor a team of developers, ensuring high-quality code through regular reviews and feedback.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure seamless systems integration and architectural alignment.
• Drive key technical decisions and provide troubleshooting solutions across multiple project teams.

Expert-level proficiency in Spring Boot development.

Extensive background in Custom Application Development and Software Design & Solutions.

Proven experience leading engineering teams and managing technical deliverables.
