• Lead technical discussions to identify gaps in the telematics data platform and influence its roadmap
• Collaborate with firmware engineers and vehicle experts to enhance visibility of vehicle data for customers
• Work with engineering teams to make design decisions that ensure a seamless customer experience
• Ship features based on customer feedback and measure their impact for continuous improvement
• Champion and embody the company's cultural principles as the organization scales

• 5+ years of professional industry experience in software development
• Strong programming fundamentals in languages such as Java, Python, or Golang
• Experience designing and architecting large, high-scale systems
• Ability to estimate, communicate, and deliver project milestones effectively
• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field

• Experience working on production systems managing large amounts of data
• Proven track record in designing and developing highly reusable interfaces
• Experience shipping to customers or building platforms
• Familiarity with Golang for building production services
• Skills in fostering collaboration within a dynamic, fast-paced environment
